New build 10586.164 is released for Windows 10 Mobile. this build is available in slow are released preview ring . But this time Microsoft does not Publish full Change log and Improvement list on their blog. windows Insider can get the update in setting> Update & security > Phone Update> Check For Updates.

Last week, we reported that Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.122 was being tested internally at Microsoft, but with Windows 10 Mobile operating under a “Windows as a Service” module, updates never truly stop. That’s why Microsoft is now testing yet another new cumulative update for Windows 10 Mobile, this time build 10586.164. Build 10586.164 includes no notable changes at this point, unlike build .122 which introduced a noticeable fix for the swipe keyboard not working in certain Windows 10-specific apps. According to some leak build 10586.164 may be the next update for windows 10 mobile.. as the Windows 10 Mobile Build 10568.122  is already in slow or released preview ring which is very stable and smooth.. almost smooth as windows 8.1. and this new build will also bring some bug fixes and improvement which take the windows 10 mobile close to official release.
