Well this was a rumor , but today Microsoft announced that they are working on "Project Scorpio". Project Scorpio is the codename for Microsoft's next Xbox console. Phil Spencer(Head of Microsoft's xbox Department) said that: "we're announcing Project Scorpio today to give our developers and partners the ability to take advantage of that capability now." According to Microsoft, it will have the most powerful GPU ever put into a game console, with 6 teraflops of raw performance -- enough, Microsoft says, to render games at true 4K resolution at a smooth 60 hertz. That's in contrast with the just-announced Xbox One S, which supports 4K video playback but probably won't play games at that resolution. Two new first-party Xbox One controllers could be on the way according to a listing on MediaMarkt, a Swedish multimedia product site. There is no pricing or release date information on the listings but some Reddit users appear to have discovered some images of the new controllers as well as their names; Copper Shadow and Dusk Shadow. Both appear to be very similar to last year’s Lunar White Xbox One controller which featured a textured back and the same four color dots inside the XYAB buttons. An official announcement hasn’t been made yet and these could be fan-edited images of controllers that will never be made but it’s also extremely likely that Microsoft wouldn’t stop with newly colored Xbox One controllers after making the Lunar White one, especially when considering how popular variant controllers and consoles are with fans. Microsoft has rolled out a new preview build for those of you participating in the Xbox One preview program. This new operating system build is th2_xb_rel_1603.160304-1900 and  was released today. In this new build, Microsoft has addressed a flickering black screen bug that many gamers were experiencing, as well as a green screen bug which would appear in some video apps. The pre-orders for the modern remake/reboot of Doom have just gone live in the Xbox Store ahead of its May 13th release date and there are some genuinely good bonuses for those who want to pre-order their copy as soon as possible. In addition to the main game, pre-orders will also come with the Demon Multiplayer Pack which includes the special Demon-themed armor set with three skin variations, six Hack Modules, six exclusive metallic paint colors, and three id logo patterns that can be used to customize weapons and armor. The real incentive to pre-order Doom though is the digital copies of the original Doom I and Doom II, both of which can also be played on Xbox One. Within seven to ten days of pre-ordering, special download codes for Doom I and Doom II will be sent to the buyer’s Xbox message center and will have to be manually redeemed.
