WP Build 8.15.12492 is in fact Windows 10 for phones

According to Neowin, Build 8.15.12492 of Windows Phone, spotted a few hours ago on WPBench, is in fact Windows 10 for phones.

 Microsoft has apparently pushed out the OS update to 1000 internal users, and it may be that this internal test is what caused the rumours of a wider release today or tomorrow.

 According to their sources, after the update to that build, the screen displays:

 Every setback has a major comeback.

 a quote from losing team Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback Russell Wilson. I’m not sure if that is meant to be inspirational or not.

 It is not clear yet when the update will be rolling out to Windows Insider users, but there is only another 25 days left in February.
