Windows 10 Mobile will let apps send and receive SMS messages–is it worth the risk?

 From developer samples published by Microsoft is appears developers will be able to register their apps to send and receive SMS messages– a powerful feature which means developers can create their own version of a very important built-in app, or more importantly, create a desktop app which lets you send SMS messages on your phone.
 There is however a dark side to this new capability. One of the main ways malware make money on Android is by sending premium SMS messages billed to the user’s account.
 With Microsoft’s lax supervision of the Windows Phone Store it would be easy for a developer to slip such a feature in.
