With windows10 microsoft gave developers fair access to build some quality 3rd party apps and the results are fair enough.
 
 
Task Manager is a lightweight app for managing your Windows 10 Mobile Device. It includes Performance, Processes , Apps and Devices.

Here are some of the features :

- CPU/MEMORY/GPU usage

- I/O and NETWORK traffic

- List of Running Apps

- you can close them (requires pro)

- List of Installed Apps - you can open them (requires pro)
