“Configuration update” coming to Windows 10 Mobile Insider handsets

Microsoft will be rolling out an update to Windows 10 Mobile handsets on the Insider Fast Ring

The update prepares the handsets for the next set of cumulative updates, as well as improve the update experience for users.

There will otherwise not be any noticeable changes.

It is not known of the eventual update will be coming to all Insiders or just devices such as the Lumia 950, 950 XL and 550 which shipped with Windows 10 Mobile,, as has recently been announced
