Telegram Messenger recently got updated to version 1.14.0.0 in Windows Phone Store.
New in version 1.14:
- New 'Shared Links' section in chat info
- Unread badges in recent search results
- Get new messages in the background
- Messages marked as read when offline
- Improved search for messages
