Windows 10 mobile set to Roll out on FEB 29

Microsoft Mexico has shared a very interesting comment! Microsoft Mexico has stated that Windows 10 mobile to be roll on 29th FEB 2016

Microsoft Mexico has just stated the date but did not add about regions.but still people waiting for official Windows 10 mobile are feeling relaxed now.

In a post Microsoft Mexico has commented (SPANISH) :

Hola, la actualización a Windows 10 estará disponible a partir del 29 de febrero, pero recuerda que no todos los dispositivos podrán hacerlo. ¡Saludos!
Translation :

“Hello, the update to windows 10 will be available as from 29 February, but remember that not all devices will be able to do so. Greetings!”

This is not official confirmation from Microsoft for a worldwide roll out and Microsoft can change this date later as Windows 10 mobile is still in development stage.
