Vodafone Australia awaiting W10M in mid-Jan

Vodafone Australia has posted this  list on their website indicating that these will be the first WP 8.1 devices to receive Windows 10 via Vodafone Australia.
The OS is clearly unfinished, mostly just requiring a little more polish. But, this is not surprising considering the fact that Microsoft has clearly stated that Windows 1o must not be expected before Jan 2016.
This means that users of Vodafone Australia might only get this update in Feb 2016, after being internally tested. This delay is hurting the fans but at the same time unfinished OS is not exactly leaving a pleasant mark especially when they put this ‘beta’ OS on their flagship devices.
